Majour women’s sandals are made from vegetable tanned leather with a raw-cut edge. The vegetable tanned leather means there is no risk of allergic reaction. The simple yet feminine straps across the front of these sandals cover the foot and support it perfectly. There is an adjustable ankle strap.
They are elegant and fitted, with a lightweight leather sole. The sandal’s ergonomic shape and the reinforced rubber heel give the profile a slight lift and make them feel even more comfortable.
Each pair of sandals is made in France in our workshop in Aveyron by our artisan shoemakers.

Today, more than 90% of leather in the world undergoes a chrome tanning process which uses heavy chemical components. Bleu de Chauffe has a different approach. Our leather is vegetable tanned which ensures better quality and more sustainable leather, a soft natural touch, and a patina which improves over the years.
