Inside the Hochkogel mountain in the Tennengebirge section of the Austrian Alps lies an enormous ice cave. Eisriesenwelt is the largest ice cave in the world, extending more than 42 km (26 miles). The spectacular ice formations change shape from year to year due to the difference in weather during the winter season.
