The first week of confinement is almost over, and we are realizing more and more every day that solidarity and consideration are the cornerstones of a stronger, more sustainable society. Given the unusual circumstances, we have changed the way we work in order to safeguard the health, safety, and peace of mind of every member of the Bleu de Chauffe team.
Our online shop, where you can find all the products we have in stock, is still open at www.bleu-de-chauffe.com.
The workshop at Saint-Georges de Luzençon is re-opened with a limited number of leathersmiths. They hold our precious savoir-faire in their hands, and they have been given leave to stay home to take care of themselves and their loved ones.
Shipments are still being sent out. Our logistics team has adapted to the situation and is maintaining the sanitary measures to ensure that everyone is kept safe. One single person has been assigned to sending out parcels. Under these circumstances, deliveries may take longer than usual.
Deliveries for bags are free.
It may take longer to process returns and exchanges due to the workshop closure.
Our customer service department is still running, but as with our other services, it may take us longer to get back to you than usual.
We are still posting regular updates on Instagram and Facebook to stay in touch with you and so that we can reconnect once this turbulent period is over.
