Born in 1989, Frédéric Saulou lives and works in Brittany. His studio is an independent and multidisciplinary workshop where objects, spaces, and ideas come to life. Frédéric Saulou’s vision of design is a space for exploration and exchange, with an approach which is open to form and materials.
Experimentation is at the heart of his work: the search for new materials and new uses. He applies this methodology every day, seeing each project as an entirely new form to be sculpted – between simplicity and technicality, artisanship and industrial processes.
Frédéric is currently working on a range of projects, from objects to spaces, series or limited editions, working with prestigious institutions and brands such as design houses Ligne Roset, Drugeot Manufacture, Brossier Saderne, manufacturer Vista Alegre, Harto, Esprit Porcelaine Limoges, Ooumm, Archimobilier, VIA, Le Molitor, Savannah bay gallery, Dixjours, Damien Vidal chocolatier, The Edit Seoul, Atelier Ecru, Galerie Philia, Frac Bretagne, ...
