1–PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES

Bleu de Chauffe can take orders subject to stock availability.
If a product is unavailable despite Bleu de Chauffe's best efforts, Bleu de Chauffe will inform the Client by email as soon as possible. The Client can then cancel their order and will receive a refund, if necessary, of any amount already paid. If the product is out of stock, Bleu de Chauffe will not be held responsible under any circumstances, neither shall the Client have the right to any other compensation or damages.
A product can also be pre-ordered while unavailable. The delivery date is indicated on the product page.

2-DELIVERY/DISPATCH

Bleu de Chauffe products can be delivered in France and worldwide.
Products are dispatched with a delivery note, to the address indicated by the Client when placing their order. Deliveries cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. Delivery times indicated on the website are Chronopost and Colissimo's average processing and delivery times as set out on the "DELIVERY" page.
In order for these times are to be adhered to, it is the Client's responsibility to ensure that they have given precise and full information regarding the delivery address (such as, for example, street number, building, access codes, names and/or numbers on the intercom).
In the event that the delivery time chosen by the client is exceeded by more than 7 working days, if the item has not yet been dispatched, the Client may cancel their order via a letter sent by recorded delivery with proof of receipt and claim a refund for their order.
If the item is dispatched before receipt of the order cancellation due to a delay in the delivery of more than 7 days, Bleu de Chauffe will refund the cost of the item and delivery and return charges once said item is returned in full, in its original condition, and with all labels. Bleu de Chauffe agrees to keep the Client updated on the progress of the processing of their order.
In the event that a parcel is damaged (already open, products missing, etc.), the Client agrees to notify the carrier and Bleu de Chauffe, by all means, of any refusal within 3 days of receiving the product.
Bleu de Chauffe cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery not caused by them.

3-PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by card or via Paypal. The following cards are accepted:

- Visa
- Debit card
- MasterCard
- American Express

An amount corresponding to the price of the items ordered will be debited from the buyer's account following confirmation of the order.
Bleu de Chauffe maintains ownership of the item until it is delivered to the client. Purchases are made securely. The payment solutions used by Bleu de Chauffe are 100% secure.
For payments made by bank card (debit card, credit card, or e-debit or credit card) all information given to Bleu de Chauffe by the Client is strictly protected, and all transactions comply with regulations and are secure.
The buyer can be issued a VAT invoice on request.

4-PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RIGHT TO CANCEL

The Client can ask Bleu de Chauffe to return a product or products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. Bleu de Chauffe will not give refunds or exchanges on any personalized products (bags with initials, products with personalized elements) once the order has been confirmed by the client.

Returns are made at the Client's own risk. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with the return authorization document, to the following address:

In order to return an item, the Client must:
1. Connect to their account and go to the "Mes retours de marchandises" ("Returning my product") page
2. Select the product to be returned and provide a reason
3. According to the aforementioned conditions, our after-sales team will either approve the return or not
4. Once a return has been approved:

- For customers in France: you will receive a Colissimo stamp by email, to be printed and attached to your parcel.

- For customers outside France : you have to take care of your return on you own.

5. Products must be in their original packaging. They must be packaged, and the order number must be clearly indicated either on or inside the parcel being returned.
6. A refund of your order will be given via the same payment method used by the Client, once the returned item has been delivered to our distribution center.

RETURN COSTS

For customers in FRANCE :
- Bleu de Chauffe will refund the amount paid (including initial delivery charges) within fourteen (14) days of the date on which the Client informs us of their decision to cancel the order. If a refund is given, the Client's bank account will be credited with the amount to be refunded.
- The Client is bound to send back or return the product to Bleu de Chauffe within fourteen days of informing the latter of their decision to cancel and once the return has been approved by Bleu de Chauffe after-sales team
- For customers in France (for bags and sandals only), Bleu de Chauffe is responsible for the cost of returning the items which were ordered

For customers OUTSIDE FRANCE :
- Bleu de Chauffe will refund the amount paid (including initial delivery charges) within fourteen (14) days of the date on which the Client informs us of their decision to cancel the order. If a refund is given, the Client's bank account will be credited with the amount to be refunded.
- The Client is bound to send back or return the product to Bleu de Chauffe within fourteen days of informing the latter of their decision to cancel and once the return has been approved by Bleu de Chauffe after-sales team
- Customers outside France must return their order on their own and must cover the cost of returns themselves.

If the client does not comply with the present conditions, including those relating to returns or exchanges, it will not be possible for Bleu de Chauffe to provide a refund for the products in question. In order to receive another item to replace that which has been returned, you must place a new order online.

8-PRICES

For sales within the EU, prices listed in the catalog are prices inc.VAT, in Euros (EUR), in line with the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in rates may affect the price of products or services.
For sales outside the EU, the prices listed in the catalog are ex.VAT. In the case of an order being sent to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. For all products being shipped outside the EU and DOM-TOM (French overseas departments and territories), the price will automatically be calculated without taxes (ex.VAT) and shown on the invoice. Prices are in Euros (EUR) for the Euro-zone; pounds sterling (GDP) for the UK, and in US Dollars (USD) for the rest of the world.

9-BLEU DE CHAUFFE'S RIGHTS TO REFUSE AN ORDER OR CANCEL A PURCHASE

NWe reserve the right to cancel a purchase (an order which we have already accepted) in the following situations (list not exhaustive), without being held responsible for any damages or charges:

- if the product is out of stock (all payment will be refunded);
- if the bank details are incorrect or cannot be verified;
-if the order has been flagged up by our security systems as being an unusual order or a potentially fraudulent act;
- if we have not been able to deliver the parcel to the address given.

11-DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These general conditions are subject to French law. All disputes must first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution.
