As with all companies involved in e-commerce, Bleu de Chauffe collects data on internet users and works with third-party providers who therefore have access to part of this data, in order to ensure the best possible client experience.

Type of data collected:
When you create a client account on our site, we save all the information needed to place an order on our system: your email address, first name and surname, postal address, and telephone number, in order to be able to prepare and deliver your order.
These order details are sent to the various service providers involved in ensuring your parcel is delivered to you.
None of the service providers who deal with your order have the right to use your data, and they must delete the data from their IT systems after use. These service providers store data in European data centers. However, if you choose delivery outside Europe, your data, such as your postal address, must be transmitted to the logistical department of the carrier delivering to you in your country.
If you have given your consent, we will also use your email address to send you occasional newsletters. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe me" link at the bottom of the newsletter.
We use your order details and details of your visits to show you advertising while you navigate other websites at a later date. This process does not involve the use of any personal data, and neither advertising sales agencies nor third-party sites who show our advertisements have access to your data.
