Our choice: the new 18 OZ lick wax twill fabric developed by British Millerain. This canvas with its exceptional characteristics embodies the very essence of authenticity with its fall, feel and waxed finish. Its ultra-tight weave and weight of 590 g/m2 make it remarkably resistant to water, traction and abrasion, making it the canvas of choice for high-end leather goods and luggage. The dry wax applied to the canvas provides a non-greasy feel and effective protection for excursions and urban adventures.

Craftsmanship at the heart of our values
At Bleu de Chauffe, we don't do assembly-line work. Each craftsman is meticulously trained to acquire complete expertise in every stage of bag-making, right up to the final signature. In our workshop in the south of France, at the foot of the Millau viaduct (12), each travel bag is created by the meticulous hands of our Bleu de Chauffe craftsmen.
